These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://palmacar.es/ and the services provided by PalmaCar (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or submitting a booking request you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Nature of our service

PalmaCar is an online car rental aggregator in Mallorca. We are not a car rental company and we do not own the vehicles. We display offers from local car rental partners and pass your booking request to the selected partner. The final rental contract is concluded between you and the local rental company.

2. Booking process

When you submit a booking request on https://palmacar.es/, you provide us with your travel details and car preferences. We forward this information to one of our partner companies. The partner confirms availability, price and rental conditions. In some cases a small prepayment may be required to secure the booking.

3. Prices and payments

Prices displayed on the website are based on information received from local rental partners. We aim to show accurate prices but we cannot guarantee that all information is always error-free. The final amount to be paid and the method of payment (cash on pickup, debit card, no deposit etc.) are defined by the rental company providing the vehicle.

4. Rental conditions

Each local company has its own rental rules such as driver’s age, driving licence requirements, deposit or no-deposit options, fuel policy and insurance coverage. Before pickup you must read and accept the conditions of the specific rental company. PalmaCar is not responsible for your failure to meet these conditions.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms depend on the partner company that will provide the car. Some bookings can be cancelled free of charge within a certain period, others may involve a fee. If you need to change pickup time, location or car category, contact us or the partner as early as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes will always be possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Since PalmaCar does not own or operate the vehicles, we are not liable for damages, delays, accidents, breakdowns, cleanliness issues or service quality provided by the local rental company. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating the contact and transferring your booking details to the partner. Any claims related to the vehicle itself must be addressed directly to the rental provider.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, not to attempt to interfere with its operation and not to submit fraudulent booking requests. We may suspend access to the site if we detect abuse or suspicious activity.

9. Third-party links

https://palmacar.es/ may contain links to websites of our partners. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking you agree that we can share necessary data with the chosen rental company to complete your reservation.
